Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I initially got felt like it was taken straight from a crack house with cigarette holes all over, but the second room, 302, was a vast improvement. The location was a mixed bag, with disturbances outside, but it was suitable for a quick crash after a concert. The service was courteous, though a bit challenging to reach at times. The dining experience was less than ideal, and the facilities had some issues, but overall, the price was quite high for what was offered.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient with access to various attractions, but the room left much to be desired with basic amenities. The service was lacking security measures but had some positive interactions with the staff. The dining options were subpar, and the facilities were disappointing. While affordable, the overall value for money was questionable.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had a strong mildew smell, and the tub was dirty and didn't drain properly. The smoke odor inside and outside, along with the noise from neighboring rooms, made it hard to rest. On top of that, there was an issue with the hotel name confusion when booking, and security seemed lacking as my room got broken into. However, the service was remarkable, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate me, though it took some time. The location, despite some homeless presence, was convenient and close to my destinations in Downtown San Francisco. The dining experience was less than satisfactory, with a range of unpleasant surprises in the room and a lack of essentials. Despite these setbacks, the hotel offers paid airport shuttle services and tours, adding a layer of convenience to the stay.
